Free Yoga Thursdays is teaming up with Planetary Cymatic Resonance (sound designers Timo Preece and Steffen Günther) to bring you an evening of live sound meditation!
We will start with some basic yoga poses and breathing exercises to help focus our minds, and then lie down and relax into an extended deep meditation, fueled by a live soundtrack from P-C-R.
Planetary Cymatic Resonance (P-C-R) is a musical project based on tunings calculated from natural frequencies found in our universe like the movement of planets (planet tones) or the resonances of molecules. Devoted to the human well being and the resonant recalibration of people to their sonar origin, we create a symbiosis between the sound of acoustic and synthesized instruments. Our music is a synthesis between musical expression, scientific calculation, modern technology and ancient wisdom.

Please note: We are very lucky to have P-C-R visiting from Berlin for this one-off event! To help them recoup their travel expenses, we ask all attendees to please make a small donation if you’re able. Target donation: £8, but please give more if you can, and please still come along if you can’t afford that much!
Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat or towel to spread on the ground. We will have a few extras just in case.
